General Use

This website is intended for customers and dealers seeking to purchase or enquire about hardware, furniture, and aluminium fabrication products. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

Products & Pricing

• All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided in good faith and may change without prior notice.
• Prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or limit quantities at any time.
• Custom orders (aluminium fabrication, custom furniture) require a confirmed written quote before production begins.

Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment or written purchase order (for registered dealers).
• Auto-generated Order IDs (e.g., SNT-YYYYMMDD-XXXX) are for tracking purposes only and do not constitute a contract until confirmed by us.
• We accept payment via bank transfer, UPI, cash, and other agreed methods.
• Full payment is required before delivery for retail customers. Dealer credit terms are governed by separate dealer agreements.

Delivery & Installation

• Estimated delivery timelines are communicated at the time of order confirmation.
• We are not liable for delays caused by transportation strikes, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Installation services (where offered) are subject to site accessibility and additional charges may apply.
• Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon delivery.

Returns & Cancellations

• Standard items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging, subject to evaluation.
• Custom-Made & Assembled Items: All custom-designed furniture, assembled products, and fabricated aluminium structures are manufactured strictly to order. Once work or production has started (order status changes to 'Processing'), these orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
• No Payment Returns: No refunds, payment returns, or exchange policies are applicable for customized orders once production or assembly work has commenced.
• For standard stock cancellations before shipment, a cancellation fee of up to 20% may be charged to cover processing costs.
• Damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence for replacement eligibility.

Dealer Portal

• Dealer accounts are issued only to verified businesses with valid GSTIN.
• Dealer login credentials are confidential and must not be shared.
• Wholesale pricing is exclusively for registered dealers and must not be disclosed to end customers.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate dealer accounts for policy violations.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product photos, and design elements — is the property of Shri Narayan Traders and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Shri Narayan Traders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the specific product or service in question.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Munger, Bihar.
